Jaie Demaagd
Jaie is a lighting control innovator with a background in software engineering and building automation. Passionate about emerging technologies and industry education, he works with consultants, electricians, manufacturers, and integrators to push intelligent buildings forward. Outside work he enjoys hosting board game nights in his dedicated games den.

Michael Fenech
Michael brings decades of leadership experience across technology, automation, and intelligent buildings. Having held senior roles across several companies, he has built strong relationships throughout the global lighting industry. He is passionate about partnerships and helping great ideas turn into successful projects.

Darren Mullighan
Darren leads customer success and training at Lumen Resources, helping integrators deliver some of the largest lighting control projects in Australia. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he thrives on solving complex technical challenges. When he is not supporting customers, he is likely headbanging at a concert or enjoying Adelaide’s wineries.

Melissa Davis
Melissa drives Lumen’s marketing, content, and lead generation while supporting the sales team. With over 10 years of marketing experience, she keeps campaigns, systems, and tools running smoothly. Outside work she is also a Pilates and boxing instructor, efficiently whipping people into shape.
