Wireless Training

Advanced training for delivering wireless DALI lighting control systems. Prerequisites apply — students must complete the Bronze Course before enrolling.

Designed for integrators looking to expand into wireless projects, this course focuses on real-world application and system integration. Led by head trainer Darren, the 4-hour in-person session covers everything you need to confidently design, install, and commission DALI-2 wireless solutions. Maintenance Training

Training for facility managers and teams responsible for maintaining existing zencontrol systems. Delivered online via Microsoft Teams by our head trainer Darren, using your own site where possible.

This 3-hour live online session gives your team the practical skills to confidently navigate the zencontrol cloud, monitor system performance, identify faults, and keep installations running smoothly. Note: an Android phone or tablet is required for commissioning and controlling zencontrol during the session.

What you will learn

• How zencontrol uses DALI-2 as an open control protocol
• Setting up and navigating a zencontrol Integrator account
• Understanding cloud-based Site files and live controller links
• Navigating Grid view, Location IDs, and as-built reports
• Scanning for devices and updating controller firmware
• Troubleshooting DALI line faults including wiring issues and failed power supplies
• Repairing or replacing faulty devices (ECG, ECD, and controllers)
• Reading Exit and Emergency reports and resolving flagged issues
• Managing Function test and Duration test schedules
