zencontrol License Request Form

To activate your zencontrol license please fill in the following information.

Note: you need to have added your controllers to a site to have the licenses activated.

The LR number of the order emailed to you when you processed the order. e.g: ‘LR-8888’

Licenses Being Requested *

The zencontrol site name that you have scanned in the controllers to. You can find the site name in the url of your zencontrol site. e.g. https://cloud.zencontrol.com/sites/your-site-name

Paste in here the GTIN and Serial numbers of the controllers that you wish to have licences applied to. This information can be found under Grid View → Control System → Network, and can be copy pasted into the response

Add additional notes about your request if required.
